Return & Refund Policy

Important: Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our laddus, we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preferences.

When We Accept Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received (broken/crushed laddus)
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Expired product received
  • Missing items from the order

Return Timeframe

You must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery. Please take clear photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging as evidence.

How to Request a Return

Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 91831 60571 with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Store credit/ coupon code for future purchase (within 7 days)
  • Bank transfer/UPI refund (within 10-15 business days)
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or partially consumed. Products purchased on sale/discount are also non-returnable unless damaged.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled. To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately with your order details.
