We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, slight variations may occur as our products are handcrafted. Nutritional information is provided as a guide and may vary slightly.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations. Full payment is required before order processing, except for COD orders.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer pan-India delivery. Delivery times vary by location (2-6 days). We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural calamities. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for resolution. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
7. Product Shelf Life
Our laddus have a shelf life of 15-20 days when stored properly. Please check the 'Best Before' date on the package. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
8. Health Disclaimer
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before adding our products to your diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have medical conditions.
