Delivery Areas
We offer pan-India delivery to all states and union territories. Enter your pincode on our website to check specific delivery availability for your location.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 2-6 business days depending on your location. Metro cities: 2-3 days. Tier-2/3 cities: 4-6 days. Remote areas may take 7-10 days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary by location and order value:
- Free shipping on orders of 2+ packs
- Free shipping on orders above ₹799
- Standard shipping: ₹49 - ₹99 depending on location
- Free delivery for Indore locations (local pickup also available)
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp. You can track your package through our courier partner's website.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select locations. A nominal COD fee of ₹49 may apply. Please keep exact change ready for the delivery person.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or refusal to accept, you will be responsible for re-shipping charges. Refunds for returned orders will be processed minus shipping fees.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
